Adilene Garcia is the Office Manager for Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. With over 10 years of experience in professional office positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Adilene skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. Her previous experience as a legal secretary and legal assistant allows her to have robust knowledge of law office management. Her extensive experience in customer service has allowed her to provide the best experience for our clients and employees. As a 1st generation Mexican American, Adilene herself comes from a family of immigrants which allows her to personally relate to clients.
As Office Manager, she ensures smooth operation of the firm. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures. She also manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the firm.
Adilene has been a resident of Indianapolis since 2001. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and her dogs, Zuki, Bella, Canelita and Oso.
Tabitha Villarrubia is a founding partner and co-owner at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. Ms. Villarrubia’s legal practice requires close interaction with a variety of government agencies, including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, National Visa Center, Department of State, Department of Justice, Consular Offices, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
Katie Rosenberger is co-owner and founding partner at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. Katie practices Family Law and Immigration Law. Katie has tapped into her life-long passion for public service in her private practice by delivering a thoughtful and personalized experience to clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. Katie is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to work with a diverse clientele.
