Hillary Perez Canchola is a Paralegal at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. She primarily works in Immigration Law specializing in removal cases. Hillary graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in International Studies, with a concentration in Human Rights and minor in Latino Studies. She has a background researching gender-based violence in Mexico on a multi-disciplinary level.
As a first generation Mexican American and member of an immigrant family, Hillary has a deep understanding and empathy for the complex world of immigration law and human rights. Her passion to understand and help clients has a foundation on the fact that as she is not only able to personally understand their issues, but she is also able to relate to them.
Hillary enjoys spending her free time traveling and doing outdoor activities.
Tabitha Villarrubia is a founding partner and co-owner at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. Ms. Villarrubia’s legal practice requires close interaction with a variety of government agencies, including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, National Visa Center, Department of State, Department of Justice, Consular Offices, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

Katie is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to work with a diverse clientele.
